## About the role

Quotient is seeking an entrepreneurial, highly strategic Senior Director of Business Development to lead the company's partnering, asset in-licensing, and market intelligence activities. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will play a critical role in shaping the company's portfolio and business strategy, identifying external opportunities, and executing partnerships that create significant value for the company and its stakeholders.

## What they're looking for

- Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, business, or a related field, MBA or equivalent business training is a plus
- 10+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical business development, corporate strategy, licensing, or a related function
- Demonstrated experience executing or materially contributing to biopharma partnership and licensing transactions
- Strong understanding of drug development and the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
- Experience evaluating external therapeutic assets and conducting cross-functional diligence
- Demonstrated ability to perform or oversee market, competitive, and commercial analyses for drug development programs
