## About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with deep expertise in printed circuit board (PCB) design and development to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. This individual will play a critical role in the design, layout, integration, and validation of complex PCBs that support our next-generation proteomics platform.

## What they're looking for

- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of industry experience in PCB design and hardware development
- Demonstrated expertise in multilayer PCB design for mixed-signal or high-speed systems
- Experience with high-speed interfaces (e.g., USB, Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, SPI, I2C)
- Deep understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, grounding strategies, and EMI/EMC mitigation
- Hands-on experience with board bring-up, debugging, and lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers)
