## About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist of Immunology with expertise in T cell biology and in vivo CAR-T therapy development to join our therapeutic discovery team. The candidate will focus on strategic planning and hands-on benchwork using in vitro and ex vivo experimental approaches. This position requires scientific and technical expertise, and experience with pre-clinical disease models, scientific curiosity, and the desire to overcome scientific challenges and drive excellence.

## What they're looking for

- PhD. in Immunology or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, industry experience preferred. Title will be commensurate with experience
- Deep expertise in flow cytometry, including panel design, instrument setup, and data analysis
- Experience handing primary T cells, human PBMC, and associated assays to determine T cell function and phenotype
- Experience with mouse models and ex vivo tissue processing and analyses. Experience in humanized mouse models and NHP ex vivo analyses is preferred
- Experience with in in vivo CAR-T is strongly preferred
- Experience with non-viral delivery technologies and nucleic acid modalities is preferred
