## About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist to join our research team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in flow cytometry, primary cell isolation and sorting, microscopy and imaging, and gene-silencing techniques (siRNA), with in vivo/in vitro mouse experience. ## What they're looking for

- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field with 3–6+ years of relevant experience (industry preferred), or M.S. with significant experience
- Strong expertise in flow cytometry, including cell sorting (FACS), panel design, troubleshooting, and data analysis (e.g., FlowJo or similar tools)
- Hands-on experience with microscopy techniques (e.g., immunofluorescence, confocal microscopy) and associated image analysis software (e.g., ImageJ/Fiji, Imaris, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience with siRNA design, delivery, and functional validation
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
