## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including significant time in Sales Cloud. Service Cloud and Experience Cloud/Partner Community experience is a strong plus
- Salesforce Certified Administrator required. Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder strongly preferred
- Deep declarative expertise — Flow is your primary tool, and you know when a problem calls for Apex instead
- Working knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing architecture: roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD, sharing rules, and field-level security
- Hands-on Salesforce data management experience using Data Loader or similar, including bulk imports, upserts, deduplication, mass updates, and migrations
- Comfortable writing SOQL and building reports — you can investigate a data question yourself rather than waiting on someone else
