## What they're looking for

- 6+ years in product management, shipping and scaling modern B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning technically complex product areas end-to-end
- A track record of leading ambiguous 0→1 (or early-stage 1→n) bets with meaningful company impact, operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience building and managing strategic partner or ecosystem relationships
- A track record of turning a strong technical product into a scaled business through packaging, monetization, and GTM
- Experience with hybrid PLG (product-led growth) and SLG (sales-led growth) motions
- Strategic, analytical, creative, and data-informed in how you work and inform decisions
