## About the role

Join Fleetzero's Electrical, Hardware, & Embedded team and contribute to R&D and production of the next generation in maritime technology. We work in a highly iterative method, testing early and often, rather than a traditional linear or waterfall development program.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, focusing on system-level design, development, and testing
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience and competence in power generation and distribution systems
- Experience with filtering 3ø power from PWM devices (i.e., LCL filtering)
- Proficiency in system testing, including development and execution of test procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
