## About the role

Flex is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Director of Strategic Partnerships to launch, manage, and scale our most complex, high-impact enterprise partnerships in the core rent vertical - including exploring new entry points for the rent consumer through new types of partnerships. This role is ideal for a driven strategic operator with a proven record of autonomously delivering measurable results through partnership growth.

## What they're looking for

- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in FinTech/SaaS business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, investment banking, or top-tier strategy consulting roles
- Demonstrated success independently launching and scaling complex strategic partnerships or managing high-value strategic client relationships
- Comfort with ambiguity and the judgment to structure a path forward with less established partners or processes
- Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and execution
