## About the role

The Senior Manager, Capital Markets will be a core member of the Capital Markets team, owning deal execution across warehouse facilities, securitization preparation, and lender relationship management. This is a high-autonomy role — you'll run transactions end-to-end, manage workstreams with counsel and counterparties, and bring your manager in for strategic decisions and escalations.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or debt funding — at an investment bank, specialty finance company, fintech lender, or asset manager
- Hands-on experience with warehouse facilities, ABS, or other structured credit products
- Experience with structured finance transactions, including technical cash flow modeling for warehouse facilities, securitizations, or similar asset-backed structures
- Strong legal and financial document fluency — comfortable working through credit agreements, term sheets, and intercreditor arrangements with counsel
- Excellent communicator, both internally and with external counterparties
- Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without close supervision
