## About the role

Our People Operations team is the backbone of Flexport's employee experience, ensuring every team member feels supported and empowered. As a People Operations Coordinator at our Lewisville Fulfillment Center, you'll be a key point of contact for our on-site workforce, working closely with employees, managers, and the broader People team. You'll directly contribute to a seamless employee journey, from onboarding to daily support, managing critical HR processes like timekeeping and general inquiries.

## What they're looking for

- Provide essential Tier 1 support for all people-related inquiries at the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Manage and process employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, training logistics, and offboarding procedures
- Administer time and attendance records, processing timesheet adjustments using physical timeclocks and HRIS software
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations
- Collaborate with People Partners and other HR specialists to escalate complex issues and improve operational workflows
- 1+ year of experience in a People Operations, HR Coordinator, or similar administrative support role
