## About the role

The People team is at the heart of Flexport's growth, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best talent to redefine global trade. As an Onsite Human Resources Manager, you will be the dedicated HR leader for our rapidly expanding Lewisville, Texas Fulfillment Center. This is a hands-on role where you will partner directly with FC leadership, managing all HR functions for a large, dynamic workforce.

- Serve as the primary HR partner for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on all people-related matters
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for our workforce, including, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Lead employee relations efforts, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
- Drive HR program implementation at the site level, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and Flexport policies within the fulfillment center
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and contribute to site-specific HR strategies
