## About the role

We’re building out the GTM team at Flipturn with a Growth Associate. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the top of the funnel - executing campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline and book meetings with senior decision-makers across fleet, real estate, and other sectors.

## What they're looking for

- 6–18 months of work experience
- Experience in SDR/BDR capacity
