- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning processes for North America
- Own monthly performance reporting and variance analysis for assigned business areas and functions
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic business initiatives
- Develop and track KPIs and operational metrics, translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders
- Perform price, volume, mix, and driver-based analysis across business models to support decision-making and identify risks and opportunities
- Partner with business leaders, Accounting, and Operational Finance to align on performance drivers, actual results, forecasts, and reporting
