## About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team, supporting operations in Chicago, IL, or Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in a complex, high-volume, unionized transportation or bus line environment.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with demonstrated proficiency across the functional areas listed above
- Direct experience working within a unionized workforce, strong working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, grievance procedures, and labor law
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrable experience identifying opportunities for improving HR processes, systems, and overall employee experience
- Prior experience in intercity bus transportation, passenger rail, transit authority, or comparable high-volume, multi-location transportation operations
