## What they're looking for

- Must-Have: 8-10 years of communications, media relations, or PR leadership experience, ideally within tech, public policy, or high-growth environments
- Must-Have: Proven track record of managing crisis communications, high-stakes public safety or policy narratives, and top-tier national media relationships
- Must-Have: Strong executive presence with experience media training and advising C-suite leaders
- Nice-to-Have: Policy comms experience or a desire to learn the function, players, and right strategies
