Moving strategic, higher-risk deals through quote-to-cash without introducing friction requires strong judgment and commercial maturity. You will take this from standard deal execution to a high-velocity support model, balancing seller momentum, company economics, and operational rigor.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or quote-to-cash support functions in a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Proven ability to independently structure semi-complex and complex deals, manage pricing negotiations, and resolve cross-functional escalations without management intervention
- Direct experience negotiating commercial terms and contractual redlines with sales leaders and customer counterparts
- Deep proficiency with Salesforce required, along with experience using CPQ systems to manage approval workflows and transaction structures
- Demonstrated track record of contributing to operational initiatives, including workflow optimization, policy clarification, or sales enablement assets
