## About the role

As Flock expands its public safety platform, accelerating how agencies ingest, model, and act on critical data across disparate systems is essential to operational speed. Connecting public safety workflows requires a strategic platform leader who can turn complex integration architectures into intuitive, automated data pipelines. You will own our end-to-end integration strategy, define data governance standards, and build actionable search and investigative experiences for public safety agencies nationwide.

## What they're looking for

- Proven product management experience driving technical platform, data ingestion, API infrastructure, or integration products
- Deep technical fluency across APIs, webhooks, data modeling, event streams, authentication, and distributed systems tradeoffs
- Practical experience working with large-scale, multi-source data systems requiring normalization, auditability, and complex permission models
- Capability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, intuitive workflows for operational users, analysts, and administrators
- Experience with criminal justice data ecosystems, CJIS context, or law enforcement record systems is a plus
