## About the role

This role is responsible for leading the introduction and ramp-up of new contract manufacturing (CM) sites and production capabilities in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. This role focuses on managing the manufacturing readiness process with external partners—defining production requirements, validating process capability, and ensuring successful transition from prototype to full production.

## What they're looking for

- The successful candidate will have broad and deep experience within industrial engineering and manufacturing within an OEM and/or Tier I supplier community
- 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
- Experience driving automation solutions for metal fabrication and component integration solutions
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with high volume, low-mix production
- Experience in a manufacturing NPI role preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing metrics such as OEE and yield and experience establishing and tracking KPIs
