## About the role

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will lead key supply chain execution activities supporting Battery Energy Storage System operations, including supply planning, demand alignment, master scheduling, material readiness, and ERP-driven process discipline. This role is responsible for ensuring that customer demand, production requirements, supplier commitments, and inventory plans are aligned to support on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing operations, procurement operations, or master scheduling
- Experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, master scheduling, or materials management
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP/MRP systems
- Experience supporting complex manufacturing, engineered products, electronics, energy storage, renewables, automotive, industrial equipment, or related industries
- Strong understanding of MRP, inventory planning, BOMs, routings, lead times, capacity planning, and production scheduling
