## About the role

The Specialist, Supply Chain Systems & Analytics serves as the subject matter expert for Supply Chain business systems, analytics, reporting, and process optimization across Fluence's global supply chain organization. This role combines deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, supply chain operations, business process design, data analytics, and reporting to enable scalable, data-driven decision making across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment functions.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain systems, SAP, analytics, business process improvement, or digital transformation
- Strong SAP ECC/S4HANA experience, including MM, PP, planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and a programming language such as Python
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- SAP IBP, SAP Analytics Cloud, APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certifications
