- You've taken packaged electrical equipment (skids, E-Houses, PDCs, or integrated power assemblies) from concept through production release as the single accountable engineer
- You've owned designs that span electrical, structural, and mechanical disciplines and made the cross-discipline tradeoffs yourself instead of arbitrating between silos
- You've designed to UL 891 or UL 1558 assembly requirements and NFPA fire protection standards on equipment an AHJ had to accept
- You've stood on a factory floor and made the ship-or-hold call on a unit based on test results you witnessed yourself
- You've led a design team of ten or more through a compressed release schedule without letting a quality gate slip
