- You've served as the Owner's commissioning lead on a hyperscale or mission critical data center build, holding general contractors, designers, commissioning agents, and vendors who did not report to you to the test plan and the schedule
- You test to NETA specifications and run commissioning to ASHRAE or BCxA guidelines, and you catch it when a commissioning agent's script or a vendor's report does not meet them
- You've diagnosed startup failures under schedule pressure, traced them to design, installation, controls, or equipment, and driven the fix through the party that owned it rather than working around it
- You keep the issues log, test records, and turnover package current enough that a facilities team could operate the plant from them on day one, and you brief GCs, designers, and owners in writing that leads to a decision
