- You hold OSHA 30 Construction and current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
- You've reviewed design and commissioning packages and gotten an engineering control into the drawings instead of a procedure telling a crew to be careful
- You've taken workers compensation claims from first report through closure, and you've worked adjusters, occupational physicians, and clinics hard enough to change how a claim went
- You've built or run a return-to-work and transitional duty program that field supervisors actually used, and the return-to-work numbers moved because of it
