## About the role

Be a barrel. Full autonomy. Own things end to end, take on scope without being asked, no permission required to operate outside your core role. Build something that actually matters. If you're going to spend your time, spend it on something that matters to the world.

## What they're looking for

- The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would
- You've built or run a spare parts or MRO sourcing program for capital equipment where downtime carried a real cost, and you set the stocking levels yourself
- You've qualified and dual-sourced suppliers across multiple equipment categories, and you've pulled a second source online fast when a primary vendor slipped
- You've negotiated consignment, vendor-managed inventory, or stocking agreements that put critical parts on site ahead of demand rather than after a failure
- You've tied spares inventory decisions to failure data, criticality tiers, and lead times, not to gut feel or blanket safety stock
- You've worked directly with reliability and maintenance teams to forecast parts demand off an installed base and a maintenance schedule
