- You have run a high-volume discrete manufacturing facility end to end and can point to a specific output record: units per shift, defect rate, on-time delivery, or throughput improvement you personally drove
- You have managed a large on-site workforce through a third-party staffing provider and held that partner accountable to production and quality targets, not just headcount
- You have taken a facility from construction handover through first production to steady-state output and can walk through how you handled the ramp, what broke, and how you fixed it
- You design production systems rather than inherit them: you have personally set takt times, balanced lines, written standard work, and built visual management boards for a real facility
- OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, and environmental permit compliance are active parts of your daily management system, not a separate function you hand off
