## About the role

Be a barrel. Full autonomy. Own things end to end, take on scope without being asked, no permission required to operate outside your core role. Build something that actually matters. If you're going to spend your time, spend it on something that matters to the world.

## What they're looking for

- The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would
- You've engineered or commissioned controls systems hands-on: PLC, BMS, or industrial automation, from integrators, BMS contractors, or data center commissioning firms
- You've done point-to-point checkout and loop checks on real panels at volume, not just reviewed them on paper
- You've worked on a shop floor or production line, and dispositioning a nonconformance in the moment is familiar work, not an escalation
- You've supported production launches or startups of systems you helped build, and stayed until they ran
- You iterate fast without losing configuration control: when the drawing, the wiring, and the logic disagree, you can isolate which one is wrong and keep the line moving while it gets fixed
