## About the role

Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive safety training - covering new hire orientation, annual refreshers, specialized certifications, and all required OSHA, equipment-specific, and site-specific programs - for a high-automation manufacturing workforce including employees, contractors, and supervisors. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps, high-risk tasks, and emerging hazards across operations, maintenance, engineering, and logistics.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CHE, EE, ISE, ME), Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years of safety training experience in heavy manufacturing, industrial operations, or similar high-hazard environment
- Expert knowledge of OSHA (29 CFR 1910 and 1926), NFPA, ANSI, ISO, IEC, UL, and EPA codes, standards, and regulations
- Demonstrated experience delivering safety training to diverse audiences, including frontline workers, supervisors, and technical staff
- Ability to design curriculum, build training modules, and adapt content for hands-on, classroom, and digital formats
