## About the role

The Site Project Manager is the permanent, on-site owner of project delivery at one of Fluidstack's data centers. Once a site is live, you own the projects that keep it running and improving — retrofits, upgrades, expansions, equipment refreshes, and the cross-functional coordination operations depends on. You are the single point of accountability for getting site projects done safely, on schedule, and with minimal disruption to live operations.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years deploying and managing infrastructure, construction, facilities, or data center projects end to end
- Site-based: able to be on site at a data center full time
- Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and vendors with minimal oversight
- Working understanding of data center or critical-facilities environments and how to execute projects without disrupting live operations
- Experience managing contractors and vendors on active sites
- Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
