This role owns Grantseeker's product direction at a genuine inflection point - having been re-acquired by Fluxx. Grantseeker has real traction, a durable data asset, and a newly dedicated product and engineering team — and it also has a two-platform architecture to reconcile, a free-to-paid conversion motion to sharpen, and an unrealized strategic advantage in being the only Grantseeker platform owned by a major grantmaker platform.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years in software PM with real revenue ownership of a B2B SaaS product
- Direct product-led growth experience: freemium tiers, self-serve onboarding, activation/retention instrumentation
- A track record of hard prioritization calls — including saying no with reasons attached
- Genuine data fluency, you build your own funnel views rather than outsourcing your understanding of the numbers
- Strong written communication (specs, memos, decision records) and experience shipping in tight, iterative cycles with design and engineering
- Comfort with ambiguity and an early-team environment
