## About the role

Flywire is seeking an autonomous, forward-thinking IT Support Engineer II based in Valencia to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within our global IT Operations team.

## What they're looking for

- The "Product" & Automation Mindset : You don't just "fix" issues—you investigate root causes, document scalable solutions, and leverage structured ticketing data to build self-service and AI-driven tools
- Proven Experience : 3+ years in a technical IT support or engineering role within a fast-paced Tech or FinTech environment
- OS & Stack Expertise : Hands-on experience administering and securing macOS and Windows endpoints, along with deep exposure to Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira
- Hands-on Logistics : Direct experience managing hardware lifecycle, vendor coordination, and accurate stock forecasting
- Fluent English: High proficiency (written and spoken) to collaborate daily with international infrastructure teams
