You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while helping shape how Flywire leverages AI and technology to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You'll collaborate with recruiting teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to ensure consistency in our hiring practices while adapting to the unique needs of each AMER market.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with progressive responsibility
- 2+ years leading recruiting initiatives, mentoring recruiters, or managing recruiting teams
- Experience recruiting across multiple AMER countries
- Strong experience hiring technical and business professionals
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executives
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
