## About the role

Global Payroll Execution: Prepare and process multi-region semi-monthly and monthly payrolls, collaborating closely with external regional payroll providers. Cross-Functional Data Alignment: Partner with People Operations (HR) and Finance to ensure 100% accuracy in employee data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, variable compensation, and equity updates.

- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in payroll administration (experience in multi-country/international payroll or SaaS/FinTech environments is a strong plus)
