## About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager to help drive strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across our Payments business. In this high-visibility role, you will support strategic planning, assess new growth opportunities, and partner closely with leaders across the organization to improve performance, optimize revenue, and scale our platform.

## What they're looking for

- 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, corporate development, or a related field
- Experience in technology, SaaS, payments, or FinTech environments is highly preferred
- Previous experience in Payments industries is a strong plus
- Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or in investment banking/private equity is a strong plus
- MBA preferred but not required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills, ability to distill complexity into actionable insights
