## About the role

We are looking for a seasoned, technically sharp analytics leader to serve as Senior Manager, Business Analytics within our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will you will be a key driver of how Flywire measures, understands, and optimizes performance across its business; with a primary focus on product and client analytics.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with a meaningful focus on client-facing or product analytics
- Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of developing analytics talent and building high-functioning teams
- Deep hands-on expertise with Looker, Sigma or a comparable BI platform, including dashboard and explore design oriented toward end-user self-service
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working in a modern data stack (e.g., BigQuery, dbt)
- Experience defining and governing product or client-facing metrics frameworks, you have strong opinions about what “good” measurement looks like and how to make it stick
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences, including clients and senior stakeholders
