## About the role

We, at Flywire, are looking for an experienced Workday Administrator, ideally with a background in FinTech. You will be responsible for the overall health, configuration, and optimization of our Workday ecosystem, primarily across Human Capital Management (HCM) modules with occasional exposure to Financial Management modules. As the Workday subject matter expert, you will be integral in the integrating Workday applications and ensuring that the value of the system is maximized.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, HR, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Workday administration, with a strong focus on HCM modules. Experience supporting Financial Management modules is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-friendly language for various levels of the organization
- A solid track record of managing complex Workday environments, including business process configuration, security, reporting, and integrations
- Data-driven decision-maker with experience in automation and a strong understanding of the interactions between people, processes, and systems
- Excellent organizational skills and experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to pivot quickly when business strategies change
