## About the role

You’ll sit at the intersection of design and growth as a steward of the fomo brand . You don’t just make assets: you set creative direction for campaigns, evolve the visual system, and raise the bar across every touchpoint so fomo feels polished, cohesive, and joyful as we expand our reach to more mainstream retail audiences.

## What they're looking for

- ~5–6+ years in brand, graphic, or marketing design (agency, consumer app, or culture-forward brand is a plus)
- Portfolio that shows strategic conceptual thinking and exceptional craft. You can define a direction and execute it across multiple touchpoints
- Experience contributing to and extending a brand system, not only working inside one
- Comfortable art-directing contractors and presenting to senior stakeholders with clear rationale
- Motion and/or 3D are meaningful pluses
- Can translate business and product goals into distinctive creative
