## About the role

The Advisor Engagement & Enablement Manager plays a key role in supporting the success and growth of Fora Advisors through high-quality facilitation, advisor support, and execution of impactful learning experiences. Working closely with the Director of Advisor Development & Trade Relations, this individual will help deliver advisor-facing programming, support critical moments throughout the advisor journey, and build meaningful relationships with advisors across the community.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years of professional experience including 2+ years of experience as a travel advisor or in a closely related travel or hospitality role
- Demonstrated experience leading training, learning, development, facilitation, or educational programming in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of the stages of building and growing a travel advisory business, including the strategies, tools, and industry partnerships that contribute to success
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
