## About the role

Fora is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Advisor Acquisition to identify, test, and scale new advisor acquisition opportunities that drive long term business growth. This role is focused on finding the channels, strategies, and initiatives that bring in advisors who go on to book meaningful, repeat travel, rather than simply maximizing signups.

## What they're looking for

- Experience owning growth or performance marketing channels and cross functional initiatives from strategy through execution and optimization
- Demonstrated success building structured experimentation frameworks that enable scalable decision making rather than isolated campaign testing
- Strong understanding of incrementality measurement, including holdout testing, geo experiments, matched market testing, or similar causal methodologies
- Deep understanding of lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, return on investment, and downstream business performance as drivers of acquisition strategy
- Hands on experience building and deploying AI powered workflows, automations, or agents that improve operational efficiency and remain part of ongoing business processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex performance data into clear recommendations and business decisions
