## About the role

We’re seeking a Head of UK Operations to accelerate the growth of Fora across the UK. Reporting to the Head of International (based in NYC), this leader will help drive advisor growth and success and ensure scalable, best-in-class operations on the ground. They will unlock advisor potential by building operational infrastructure, supplier pipelines, and a real multi-city presence in the UK.

## What they're looking for

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including public speaking ability
- Based in New York City with flexibility to travel across the UK
- 5–7 years of total professional experience, including:
- 3+ years in highly operational or startup environments, launch experience preferred
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
