## About the role

Fora is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to help us scale our marketing and growth initiatives. As our GTM organization grows, we're looking for someone to refine how we measure incrementality and run experiments to help us scale acquisition, engage users, and drive growth across the entire customer lifecycle.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in growth data science, marketing science, or consumer analytics. Experience at consumer or marketplace companies preferred
- Deep marketing measurement experience — incrementality testing, experiment design, causal inference, attribution, and media mix modeling
- Experience building machine learning models and putting them into production
- Advanced SQL skills are essential. Proficiency in Python or another scripting language preferred
- Hands-on experience with a modern cloud data stack (e.g. Airbyte, BigQuery, dbt, Hex, Omni, or equivalents) and data modeling best practices
- Experience using LLM tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex) to accelerate analysis and prototyping
