## About the role

We're looking for an analytical, solution-oriented Professional Services Manager who loves getting into the technical detail with customers. In this role, you'll serve as both a functional expert and a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation and adoption of our Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. You'll build deep product expertise, work closely with clients to understand how their business runs, and translate that into the right Accelo configuration for them.
