## About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product for the Field Intelligence team. You’ll own the strategy and roadmap for how Forerunner helps field teams understand what needs attention, capture trustworthy information, and turn their findings into action. This includes mobile and offline workflows, AI-guided inspections, geospatial context, photo and voice capture, operational visibility, and the connection between field observations and downstream compliance or corrective-action workflows.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of a complex product area from discovery through launch and iteration
- Excellent product judgment. You can separate urgent requests from durable needs, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and turn ambiguous problems into focused product bets
- A builder’s mindset. You don’t stop at setting direction or managing delivery. You use prototypes, data, workflow models, technical exploration, and other hands-on methods to learn quickly and help the team arrive at a better product
- Experience shipping AI-powered product experiences to real users. You understand what it takes to make them trustworthy in production, including evaluation, failure modes, guardrails, and iteration based on real-world behavior
- Strong customer instincts and experience learning from users whose work is operational, technical, or domain-specific
- A track record of shipping workflow-heavy B2B or enterprise software that produced measurable customer or business outcomes
