## About the role

The Senior Workforce Fraud Manager is responsible for building and leading Forescout’s approach to detecting, preventing, investigating, and mitigating workforce-related fraud risk across the employee and contingent labor lifecycle.

## What they're looking for

- Develop, maintain, and improve workforce fraud prevention strategies, policies, procedures, investigation protocols, and escalation pathways aligned to Forescout’s cybersecurity and workforce integrity objectives
- Use data analytics, case management information, identity-verification signals, screening outcomes, recruiting indicators, and other lawful sources to identify patterns, anomalies, and workforce fraud trends
- Partner with Human Resources, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Information Security, IT, Employee Success, and business leaders to assess allegations, determine next steps, and ensure consistent, confidential handling
- Prepare clear investigative summaries, findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for HR, Legal, Information Security, and senior leadership audiences
- Monitor workforce fraud trends and recommend improvements to recruiting, onboarding, verification, access governance, and employment lifecycle controls
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
