## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in production control, planning, or manufacturing operations
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, specifically in Manufacturing, Inventory, and Costing modules
- Strong understanding of ERP data structures including BOMs, routings, work centers, and cost elements
- Proficient in Oracle reporting tools, analytics dashboards, and Excel
- Experience supporting ERP implementation or upgrade projects
