## About the role

We are seeking a highly strategic, technically accomplished Director of Product Marketing to lead the global product strategy for our next-generation photonics (SiPh) engineering and production test solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between optical engineering and commercial execution, supporting our “lab to fab” product strategy.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or a related hardware discipline. An MBA or advanced technical degree (MS/PhD) is strongly preferred
- Experience: Minimum 8–10+ years of product marketing, product management, or business development experience within the semiconductor capital equipment industry
- Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in leadership roles, with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10 years and a Master’s degree, or a PhD with 8 years experience, or equivalent experience
