## About the role

The New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Systems Coordinator is the primary operational link between Engineering, the Integration Team, and Manufacturing during the introduction of new products and first articles.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in IT, PROMIS systems, or a related industry, with hands-on experience using PROMIS MES systems
- Experience creating or maintaining product data, manufacturing routings, bills of material, work instructions, or factory master data
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple functions and drive actions to completion without direct authority
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, written communication, and verbal communication
- Ability to understand technical information and translate it into clear manufacturing execution and training content
