- Lead full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns per year across technical and non-technical teams
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define early career hiring needs and drive intern-to-hire outcomes
- Plan and attend college career fairs and campus events to promote our talent brand and convert high-potential applicants
- Manage intern program onboarding, professional development, and offboarding, in partnership with our People Operations team
- Work primarily in our Somerville, MA office to support our fully in-person intern program and in-person recruiting events
