## About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Generalist to own growth for Form Now end to end. We need someone who can wear many hats, from working on customer acquisition, to launching and iterating quickly on new campaigns. You'll need to be strong analytically, comfortable running email, events, and LinkedIn outreach, and willing to try channels you haven't touched before. You'll work directly with leadership to connect what the product can do with how we message and sell it to new customers.

## What they're looking for

- 2-10 years of B2B marketing or growth experience, slope and grit matter more than years
- A track record of taking on projects solo, from concept through execution, and knowing how you measured success
- Comfortable being customer-facing when the job calls for it
- Strong analytically: you can build a manageable tracking system, read your own campaign data, and act on it without waiting for someone else to hand you a dashboard
- Have run or set up events independently
- Growth mindset: you're not precious about the channel you know best and you'll try new approaches quickly
