## About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Paid Media who will play a crucial role in driving our global paid acquisition strategies. You are a hands-on performance marketer to own paid media in the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display). You'll run campaigns day-to-day, manage budgets, and make the spend work harder. This is an IC role for someone who's equal parts strategic and operational, and who lets data drive the decisions.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
- Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads
- Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize
- Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders
- Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization
- Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership
