## About the role

You'll source companies, run market maps, do diligence calls, and write investment memos that partners actually read before making decisions. You'll see how a fund says no — which teaches you more than watching it say yes. We're a small team investing across Southeastern Europe, the US, and Asia, and we build companies ourselves. You'll see both sides.
